Our firm provides expert legal services and general practice consulting.  We also emphasize mediation to resolve your legal issues, rather than expensive litigation.

However, when necessary, we will provide any litigation support you may need.  Sometimes, even if mediation does not resolve the entire case, we will be able to resolve most of it, leaving only one or two well defined issues to be decided by a judge.

You will appreciate the individual attention we give to each client, making the legal process clear and easily manageable.  Further, we take your case very seriously, and fight for your best outcome.

Although we are a general practice, we have tremendous experience with family law needs, including divorce, child and spousal support, restraining orders, and division of property.  Because of our experience and knowledge of the law, we frequently mediate family and divorce cases, sharing with the parties how a judge would likely rule and thus bringing the parties to a resolution without the need to actually argue the case in court.
